work(?) week

my idea of work this week is just submitting my weekly status report. how about that?

i have to discuss their 1Q KPI for this year and didn't even bother to put up a schedule. i have to do brainstorming on how their KPIs would change because of a change in process and i am not in the mood to even think about that.

hay. parang i got tired of thinking about the development of our team. it's hard, most specially if i am doing the brainstorming all by myself. this should have been sharing of ideas. lost. disconnected.

i'm one of those who pretend to work na. hahah. it's not a good feeling, trust me. and i don't want this.
